311 Merch Since 2000, 311 has celebrated its fans by putting on an extended concert for them on the date of March 11. Last year's event in Las Vegas included 79 songs over two days. Groovy tunes and glorious vibes are a winning combination at concerts. The band's frontman, Nick Hexum, says his music inspires feelings ranging from sadness to giddy streaking exuberance.
